For any of our existing customers, you can:

  1. Request help or order products at the Syncrety Services Web Portal (sign in with your Office 365 account or request an email token to logon) using your computer or a smartphone.

  2. Request help or order products right inside the Syncrety Services app on your computer.

  3. Email us at [email protected].

  4. Call our Service Department at 250-434-8588 ext. 55 and leave a voicemail, which will convert into a ticket for us to see.
