No. We start with a pilot group of people who are more forward-thinking, willing to spend time in some training courses and sessions, and who you think would make the best use of an assistant in your business. You can add licenses to other people at any time, if you wish.

No. Copilot is an add-on license that you attach to many popular Microsoft 365 Business and Enterprise plans (Business Premium is the best plan for small and medium businesses). You simply assign it to the users who need it; no big plan migration required.

The Copilot add-on license is about $43 CAD/user/month (pricing may change without notice here; contact us for accurate pricing). We’ll help you figure out how many licenses you need, and for which people.
Most users easily offset the monthly cost by using Copilot just a few times. With proper training and a willingness to engage, even a handful of tasks, like drafting a proposal or summarizing a meeting, can quickly deliver more value than the monthly license cost.

Copilot runs inside your Microsoft 365 tenant. It never shares your documents, emails, or chats with anyone outside your organisation, and it respects all the same permissions you already have in place. Copilot data for Canadian tenants is stored at rest in Canadian datacentres, matching Microsoft’s data-residency commitments.

Right now: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, Loop, Forms, SharePoint, Whiteboard, and the browser-based Copilot Chat experience, including the M365 Copilot app in Windows, as well as other apps and areas of Microsoft 365. Microsoft continues to add more capabilities in their other M365 apps (Planner and Power BI are next on the roadmap).

ChatGPT is a public AI chat tool. Copilot is ChatGPT-class AI embedded in Microsoft 365 and secured by your tenant, so it can read internal files you’ve already given users access to, and it never stores prompts in public models.

Absolutely. You can assign the add-on license to just a subset of users (e.g., leadership or sales) and scale up once you’re comfortable.

Our setup includes live workshops, how-to video-based courses in our client portal and directly with Microsoft, a starter prompt library, and a follow-up training session once pilot users have had a chance to use Copilot for a few weeks. After that, you can choose to add consulting/training on an hourly basis.
